    Dear sir,
    I would like to apprise you of the pathetic service being provided for your products in Pune .

    The same complaint was made by me on 15 Feb 2023 and complaint ID was MA1502230071.

    This complaint was cancelled by your office unilaterally on 24 Feb 2023 and a fresh complaint was registered on the same day ie 24 Feb 2023 which was given ID
    MA240223075 .

    I was informed by whatsapp that the spares (pressure cooker plastic handle)are out of stock and the service will be rendered the moment the spares are received . No action took place and my interaction with the technician gave me the same response.

    The above complaint was also closed unilaterally on 24 Mar 2024 after approx one month without being completed .I could not pursue the matter further as I went out of the country for some months .

    The above has been a very poor reflection of your customer support system and your feedback from customers .

    My present complaint ID MA 2011230161 of 20 Nov 2023 appears to be having the same fate as the response received by me by mail “is that our technician tried to contact you but you were not available “ whereas I have no record of any missed call on my phone .
