Very disappointing to see that after screen replacement the phone was not even properly assessed for other damages. The replaced screen is still coming out on usage.i received a call from the service centre to give them a rating
I told them the job was incomplete as the screen was not properly fitted into the phone and I spent rs.3000 on the damages.went back to show them after they promised to "repair",after checking the phone they said the phone has is bent from the right side and the whole part will be replaced ..how is it when I took the phone back after screen replacement the phone was absolutely ok and I cudnt even see the bent anywhere.they refused to put the screen in order saying the display would end up cracking.such lame excuses to not assist after charging such a hefty amount for screen replacement..absolutely dissatisfied and disgusted
