I am mohit pathak from pandeydih village . For last three days I have called to cylinder provider who provide cylinder to every village by van he every time say that he will provide me cylinder next day but he didn't so I called gas agency distributor he was very helpful person he call the gas provider to provide me cylinder today and on call gas provider agree to him and ready to give me cylinder but this time too he didn't provided me . I just want to know is there any rules for it and can I complain about it anywhere where I can get my problem solve because my gas cylinder has end up and we are facing various difficulty to cook food
