Subject: Requesting for resolve the issue for water logging on the road{OM Vihar Phase-1, Uttam Nagar, Delhi 110059] since one month
NAMASTE SIR, We are proud of you sir for taking initiative on cleanliness environment under swatch Bharat Mission. We are the residents of Plot 14, 15 A, OM VIHAR, PHASE-1, UTTAM NAGAR WEST, 110059. and other apartments [location: Buddha Bazar Road, near by metro pilar no 703, 704] like to inform your that pregnant women, school going children, old parents along with family members residing in buildings.
Things we are suffering since one month, firstly it’s about the poor sewage system in the area.
Secondly, People are not able to move around because of the water logging, stinking smell. we are facing in our locality due to water logging on the road due to blocked sewerage pipes at many places which makes it difficult to commute, especially for this condition is destroying the sanitation of the area.
People in our locality are suffering a lot due to the water logging for faulty pipelines in the sewage system. Because of the sewage problem, we face unhygienic conditions in our area.
People are not able to move around because of the water logging,
we are facing in our locality due to water logging on the road due to blocked sewerage pipes at many places which makes it difficult to commute, especially for this condition is destroying the sanitation of the area.
The roads are full of dirty and sewage water which flows over the street. There is a foul smell all around, and it has created a mosquito breeding place.
The residents of the nearby locality are getting affected by water-borne and air-borne diseases. Roads are always blocked, leading to traffic jams pedestrians have to move through water logged streets.
People have contacted the Municipal Authority as well as Aam Admi Party multiple times on this matter yet they have not responded to our queries and concerns. In this regard we are facing problem. Nobody is giving proper response by paying deaf ear.
These issues need immediate attention, which requires appropriate steps taken by concerned authorities. We hope you will consider this and react positively.
