Hello Sir/ Madam,
Good evening ! Hope everything is fine. First of all thanks for providing better restaurant service throughout the country specially for chicken lovers. I am a regular consumer of your products and I am happy about your service.
But in recent past (Sep 14, 2022 around 07:45 PM), I visited a KFC Outlet located in Velachery-Medavakkam main road and I was dissatisfied and hurt by the rude behavior of the Manager and the service persons of the outlet.

Incident : When I ordered the product, Bill was not given immediately despite of asking several times about the bill even after the payment. As a receipt, a hand written token number was given to me. (Not only to me, but to all the customers at that particular time (Around 7: 45 PM to 09: 30 PM approximately). And also I was made to wait for more than half an hour without prior intimation. When asked about the product no proper response was provided to me. (Not only to me, even to all the customers who questioned about the quality of service, no proper response was given). (You can cross verify the CCTV records of the particular day during the specified time interval).
At last after multiple ask, I was provided with the product in tray (Smoky chicken briyani & 2 Hot & Crispy choice – Chests 2) which is meant for dining but my order was take away. When I questioned about this, no proper response was given. I asked them to pack this.
After getting the product, When I reach home, when I opened the parcel, Instead of 2 Hot & Crispy – Chest pieces , one Chest piece and leg piece was there. In tray it was 2 HC Chest pieces , but when I opened in home It was 1 HC Chest + 1 HC Leg piece. I understand that they deliberately changed the product ( 1 Leg piece + 1 Chest piece Instead of 2 Chest pieces) because I questioned about the quality of service. I felt cheated and hurt for this rude behaviour and about the quality of service provided.
My bill clearly indicates that the product is 2 HC Chicken – Choice and an additional charge was also paid for the choice.
Since I am the regular consumer, and I had happy experiences in the past in multiple outlets, I am willing to bring this incident happened particularly at this outlet to your kind notice. If this behavior happens continuously in this outlet, It will damage the brand image of your KFC product. I am requesting you to start the investigation and take the necessary steps to avoid such kind of incidents in future.
(Requesting you to collect and verify the CCTV Records on Sep 14,2022 around 07: 45 PM to 09:30 PM – to understand how they are treating the customers- not only me, but many).
