incoming sms ringtone and incoming call display problem.

Today I went to Sairam electronics Bhilai for getting my motoG2 reppairef for its sound problem. The set was taken inside the shop by the shop owner and it waa said that I will have to wait for 2 hrs. Since I did not have time I said I will com back afterwards and took back my mobile. Now I am seeing that the SIM i not appearing in any of the slot. Also the shop owner said that it does not have activation password and the phone will be repaired on chargeable basis despite the fact that my phone ia barwly 3 month old and I purchased it through Flipkart

My moto g ph display broken in accident i want new display.
How much time taken for repareing plz tell me.

i have a moto g which is not getting on since last wk, its getting charge. afther pressing the switch on button it is getting on also. its showing the motorola logo but after that not working.

when i connect pendrives in my device it recognise the pendrive but it dosen't show any file or data inside it. i have tried many pendrive with or without OTG cable but i am still facing the problem.

I had purchased a Motorola mobile hand set Moto E 2NGEN 4G XT1521 through online shopping, but from day 1 I am not satisfy the performance of the set. I face the following problem
1. Incoming voice is not clear, not able to hear.
2. Net pack is there, but not able to open
3. Sound problem
4. Not able to scan Wi-Fi network and the on button not responding
5. Bluetooth not working
I request your good office to please rectify the small problem so the customer satisfaction and belief to the company shall maintain is its peak.
