My wahing mavhin is not more than 2 years old & it is not working.pls arrange someone ro repair at nanded maharashtra

I hav purchased the samsung original headfones @ 1st January 2017...
But now one side of headphones is not responding...there is physical damage ..or defect due to water...can i get exchange for these headphones...plz reply fast ..thank u.
