Lense proper not working and photos not cleared in camera..

Myself Akash Solanki here.. complaint regarding Camera problem the Camera Name - NIKON D7100,
Lense Name -18-140mm !!
problem is occur when we captured group photos is getting Blur.. & when we take single one is getting Clear so might be there's some lense problm. please could help me out of this will be waiting for ur reply soon.. Thanking you.

I am Nimesh Lad. Recently I purchased a Nikon d3200 and lenses from eBay.in.I recieved it on Monday but can't use it as seller told me that prior to use it you have to register them on Nikon's official website. So please provide me a detail so I can register it.
