On 28.05.2022, both the number plates of my car were stolen, for which I had got the complaint done on 100 number and still online and I got the duplicate number plate installed, apart from this I applied for a new number plate but that book Couldn't happen and I got a message that the car which is after 1st April 2019 should contact their dealer for the number plate.

sir i had taken my car from DD motors in march 2020 so i went to them but from there i got the reply that our software has stopped we can't help you any more and i was asked to go to the transport department but The transport department told that my problem will be solved only by DD Motors, Wazirpur, Delhi. I did at least 10 rounds in DD Motors, Wazirpur but there I was only misguided by Mr. Ankit ji (M-9717415329), I also visited the high security number plate complaint center called many times, he also said that only DD Motors, Wazirpur, Delhi will solve my problem, but there I was only harassed and did not help of any kind. Finally I took help from other showroom and they helped me and got my number plate booked online.

Sir, this is very serious issue and unhelpful attitude of your service centre employees and non cooperative nature of representatives from your end will cut down the marketing value of your brand.

Sir, in the end, I would like to draw your kind attention that the undersigned felt harassed at the hand of the agency. Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into the matter from your end and give me a feedback of the action taken from your end.

If there is no action from your end within three days from now, I will be compelled to go to Consumer Court for my consumer rights. But still, I would like to settle the issue with your kind attention without having to go into any litigation.
