Recently i brought new helix chair from vijayawada store. They billed 25500 around. After completion of my payment they said.. sir NO STOCK. Salesman said i will send your chair to your location with free freight.. but they didn’t paid the freight.
Now after fixing the chair, i am facing problem in seating pad issue. Irritable sound came while moving in a chair and cushion going down at one side..
It was shocking to me, the top brand FEATHERLITE furnitures are also not showing their standards while making or delivering the products. Iam very confident during purchase of this product, even though iam very far from the store,
I need to replace my chair as early as possible.
