I have downloaded Jeevan Pramaan app on my Samsung mobile smart phone. The app is showing an error message saying "RD service not found".
Because of this problem the Face Recognition in Jeevan Pramaan cannot be used.
Kindly let me know the procedure that can be used on Samsung phone to activate RD service.
