Respected Sir, The complainant wants to urge that Complaint no. DPG.P.2021.80827 had discussed on 26.10.21 through Officer DPG New Delhi No. 01123345637 in which a mail sent on complainant mail id on 27.10.21 through [email protected] with attached letter PGPortal.334.2020.21.BSR.20.10.2021 in which facts had been kept against complainant those were different from letter PGPortal334.2020.21.BSR.01.10.21 that sent to complainant by Superintending of Post Bulandshahr.
The case DPG.P.2021.80827 had closed on 07.12.21 by Directorate of Public Grievances New Delhi without provide MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION to complainant after commitment, without blame to Department of Post Bulandshahr, without complainant reply in which Account Closure Rules had discussed from Department of Post by DPG Department on 01.11.21 that was not in complainant complaint while in other side whole complaint matter and MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION had discussed and committed from complainant by Mr. Anant Kumar 01123363733 on 01.11.21 and DPG New Delhi Officer 01124675763 dated 16.11.21 in which neither call had received on 09968255029, 01123363733 nor done any call later to complainant by Mr. Anant Kumar from 15.11.21 to till now as well as above DPG officers had committed to complainant to send complaint again in condition of unsatisfied but any reply had not given of complainant sent mail to [email protected], [email protected] from 7.12.21 to till now.
If above all DPG officers did not want to take any action on right facts then why [email protected] had mailed on 27.10.21 and Call done through nos. 01123363733 dated 01.11.21, 01124675763 dated 16.11.21 provide right justice and MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION to complainant. The complainant has all conversation recordings dated 26.10.21,6.10.21,1.11.21,15.11.21,16.11.21 between complainant and above DPG officers.
In present, Complainant wants MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION and a legal action on Department of Post Bulandshahr.
