    Sir, my problam this type.
    There was an accident in my car. My car is currently under guarantee and also has first party insurance. I took an insurance claim to get the car repaired and my car repair work was done by Rp jhunthra motors, sirsa. When i went to pick up the car, Rp jhunthra motors, sirsa had to pay the amount 7200+2330=9530 bill given. I paid this amouñt and brought my car. Now my question is that for taking insurance claim i was to be chargrd only rs 1000 as file charged, but why so much amount was collected from me?

    Is insurance claim given in the same way in tata company?
    If so, it is very disappointing and painful. I am sad that i trusted tata company to buy the first car of my life.
