I did not receive my money in my bank account after booking or delivered gas,, plz send me statement all booking and receiving details

What is the money that we should give to gas delivery boy as per govt policy..The gas delivery sometime ask for 25/-, sometimes ask 30/-
please clarify this isuue to me.

Sir/Madam, I've booked a gass for refilling on 2nd Oct 2017,till now I did not get it.my consumer no is 638794.I am in great problem without gass.I shall be grateful if the cause is informed.

I am a customer ,i have a complain that your delivery boy give extra money to the customer means gas rs,720 +they give more 40 rs to the customer =760
So my question is ,Was the delivery should have give extra money to the customers????
