My new mobile went bad and I gave it to the service center, now it has been more than 1 month for 7 days. Now they are saying that the mobile will not be good.if you can't provide convenience then why are you giving warranty.

Hi team,
I gave my phone (M31 S)to service center Khargone to get it repaired the day before. As I am IT employees my work totally depends over phone. Continuously visiting Service center still not getting positive response as they are saying their Engineer is not available from last two days. and yet they didn't provide me JobCard of my phone. Worst service I can see in Khargone region. Looking for any positive response from someone. I can see they had not did their initital investigation as well.
