Black and white printing

Hi.

I have been a customer of HP Gas (Divine Gas Agency) since December 2014. I was allotted one cylinder connection then. I have been trying to get my second cylinder connection since then.

Every time, the refills for my single cylinder connection were also delivered only after I make a complaint call to you or send a complaint email to you.

It has been more than 10 months now and the second cylinder is still not given. Further, I have been standing at your counter since morning today and no one seems to reply.

I am appalled at the kind of service that is being given here.
