    I booked online tickets on redbus app from Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai neeta bus on 16th December 2021 and boarding was @11am. We boarded the bus and it left from Shantivilla Mahabaleshwar and bus was almost vacant.

    We reached at somewhere at dhaba for lunch purpose around 12:30 pm and your bus driver told us to leave the bus as they don't have any other passengers to travel to Mumbai, we will give u other bus which has 1st seat and last seat and which i was not comfortable at all. I was already facing health issues and why should I compromise ?

    I already complained on that day itself they told will refund in 48 hrs.

    I want refund for both of the tickets asap.

    It was not my fault that u people dint had any passengers. Why u gaved the option to book online?
    I faced lots of issues on 1st seat in other bus.

    Expecting the refund as soon as possible else I may never ever book in neeta travel bus your service going forward also will share such worst incident happened with us on social sites.
