I have booked flight No:-9W-498 from Mumbai to Bangalore Dated:-19/02/2018, Total fair:-3963/- Rs.
With PNR-ELCJSX but due to 5 min delay on boarding process as per your ground staff I can not board the flight so now I'm asking for refund of my fair. that has been wasted. How this is possible that my booking amount got wasted for just 5 min as I have reached airport before 45 min of boarding & when I have reached at jet Airways counter there is still 30 min to take off.
please refund my booking amount.

complaint that I have searched job in ground staff on quiker ,instantly nextday call on my cellphone and demand for such a processing fees of 2000 after completed one process second one demand for 5500 for training. They said to here I am vikas from Mumbai jetairways hr department. And company polices there is no fees any stage of candidate selection process.so be aware,be smart all aspirant friends and candidate, and also aware of jetairways company.be smart
