I want to bring to your notice that I have booked gas refill on 26th Feb 2015 and yet I have not received it. when inquired about the same at your gas agency, your officials reply that the "Refill will be delivered within 10 minutes". Right from the last 10 days, I am hearing this answer from your office staff.
So, I am left with no option and hence, I am registering this complaint.
I hope you will look into this matter and take effective action.
