I want to buy

I have submitted my complaint regarding my device note 3.
The only problem was the volume button being damaged, henceforth phone going into safe mode.
Now I'm receiving call from Samsung service center saying the display was also damaged, which was not.
The display had no problem at all.
I need a genuine feedback to my complaint.
Please look into the issue

My Samsung A-7(2016) (April 2016 purchased) ph,s back panel is opened, I will pasting temporarily, but problem is continue,,, i went shivarampet service centre and gve the comlaint, I was shocked by service centre reply,, , upto rs.7000 charge asking to me!!! (under warranty) it's like a day robbery,, i will decided to go to the consumer court with all records, mysore shivarampet service centre is one of the most worst/cheating service centre in kakarnataka.

Sir I inserted the sim without tray plate as i dont know how to do that. how to rectify it

I just wanted to know if the display has gone and the brackets slightly bend. only display has gone I can here that calls coming. but the agent says need to fit bracket and may also motherboard also to fit display. Is it so?
