Not switch on and no charging indication.

i have gt3100 tab. Its working is satisfactory but for the battary.It takes nealy to gain full charge, but it discharges in half an hour on usage( I use it for reading pdf files). The body of the tab is very warm. Further it has stopped charging while in on condition.

I have purchased new samsung J7 on 24th of Nov 2015. Its just been 2 days and I have not even install any app yet except the whats aap but still it hang sometimes. I have emailed my problem to samsung website customer resolution centre and as per their advise I have also tried keeping my phone on safe mode. But I am facing the same problem.
