My mobile number is used by some HP customer. I keep getting sms and calls for delivery services. I think this is unfair to use someone else mobile number. Please resolve this issue soon. Otherwise I will have to complain with the police.

there are not communicating properly

I have the receipt which clearly states my bank account is linked to the HP gas agency records.

(Which Was done 4-5 months before.)

But again and again the agency is telling I need to submit the bank details again,as it is not linked.
