my grand father has a gas connection with new gas company srinagar. now he has passed away. i want to name change it in my favour. could u tell me the complete procedure with all money details.

The undersign has online booking one gas cylinder under Order Reference
No.3150644400813758 Order No. 331946 Dated 23-03-2015 but till date the undersign has not received any service from your self. the undersign visited in your office and there I met so many customers who are also suffering from same problems and also suffering from subsidy amount.

I am trying to contact with my distributor since last 6 days but distributor not pick my phone

I am consumer of your gas agency under costumer no. is 585963 why my subsidy goes in a wrong account, I have visited many times to your office regarding subsidy issue but till date my subsidy issue not solved so please clear my subsidy issue

Dear authorities,

HP Gas distributor gave is gas cylinder, regulator and gas stove.
But from long time we are asking them for gas passbook but they always make excuses and they (Nawa Bazar HP Gas agency ask us to pay Rs800/- which we already paid.

Worst services given by nawabazar gas agency. Atleast they shld hire a vehicle to provide a home delivery.
