Sir i had visited mungipa gas service from 10/10/2014 for a new connection they have deposited my form and that after whenever i go they only say come tomorow and like wise 3 month gone and now they are saying that my form has been lost and to fill up a new form so, i want a strict action on the gas disributor or i will file my complaint on govt.
