Complaint For very unprofessional behaviour

    Hi. Hope u all are safe in corona situation. Well I went today copper kalyan trust office in copper for book a gas cylinder. I gave him passbook but he refused to take it. He asked me to tell passbook number. But sorry I had no idia about it coz I never did it before. First I live abroad and second my brother always do it. So I told him that I really don't know could you tell me please where it is? But he started shouting on me. He said u r taking gas since so many years and how come u don't know the number? I wanted to tell him all the things but he didn't gave me any chance to explain and asked me go home. Some guys behind me also said that his behaviour so bad with everyone. I was really upset. I asked people that u can complaint but they had no idea that how to do and where to do? So please I m writing on the behalf of everyone who is suffering so I really hope that you will take some action soon and will reply me on my mail id soon.
