This is really tough situation because after working for newgen tec ltd on Sunday's too they are not paying my pf which is to be given without any delay plus they does not full fill the rules and regulations of submitting the pf plus they have a hidden office in Janakpuri west were they keep the documents which are to be kept from the eyes of audioters because newgen has a policy of cutting the pf money from employees salary which has to be bared by employers and Chacko is the man behind every faul play.

Now they have not releasing my pf and harrassment is at the levels which cannot be handled, please help me sir, the whole admin department is after my life. Sir MD s driver plus the admin department heads like pt chacko, mukesh bhatnagar, pradeep singh, Kamal singh are few names plus MD's driver pradeep kumar is also one of them.

These people use to call me and harrassment was done in phone calls also.....the above said driver and pt chacko use call my relatives and tell them dirty things.

Most harm was done by pt

Dear Mam,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have been following up my salary slip and pf issue with my department for almost 2 and a half years but the same has not been sort out and on 17th April 14 around 20.30 PM or 20.15 my immediate superior called up and said that i should stop following up the issue otherwise there will be an impact on my job, his wordings were ("i have never saw our senior boss so much annoyed about your issue .....so asked me to make full and final of yours) Mam i feel insulted and humiliated every time when my superior speaks to me, because of the issue i was offered a temp newgen job ( in a different dept) which I have rejected
i have been shifted to different locations too that to without any reasons.

Mam in this connection i would like to tell you that my salary in paper are different and the amount transferred to my account are very different. I try to give my 100% to my work, all my work are shifted to other admin person and I have been shifted to another dept. i.e. in papers only (mail) ......so what should i do. i have given a hike of (RS.750) as hike to my salary. Hope you will look into the matter and do the needful.
