Complaint Transfer of my LPG connection

    Dear Shiva Gas service,

    I have shifted to Bangalore and wanted to transfer my connection.

    I have given my connection transfer request to my distributor 20 days before. But they are unable to process my request. I raised web based online complaints (Tracking Ref#: 636715 and 641771) and tried to call Regional as well as Mumbai branches but there is no response.

    Please help me to know how I can get it resolved. Let me know whom I should contact regarding this issue.
