    Dear Myntra Team,

    On 12/10/2020 at 10.10 pm I had a talk with Pooja a customer care Champion executive her ID is VT10049 I would like to complain against her as she used a Abuse langauge for me to her senior executive which is in the recording I would like you to go through her call recordings and check whether she had used any of the abuse language for me or not, and I request the Myntra team to take serious actions on her and mail me what actions had taken on her. Adding to this when I asked her why she is abusing me and to note a complain on her for such a abuse language she directly disconnected my call.

    My previous concern,
    I had made a complain through mail on 28/09/2020 for the defected products I arrived for my orders and on 30/09/2020 at 11.39 pm I gave a reminder for my query, so on 01/10/2020 at 1.02am (sleeping time of Indian people) return of the products were processed without my confirmation and at 10.01 am return pick up was processed and by 12.19 pm refund was processed through bank IMPS without taking my confirmation whether I want my refund through bank IMPS or through Myntra Credit. So I requested the Myntra team to process my refund to my Myntra Credit rather then to my bank account but till today I had not found my queries got resolved, so I would like to request the Senior level manager or the General Manager executive to go through my complain and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    I had talked with 4 of the Champions executive and two of the supervisors one is pooja and the other is Aaeesh regarding my queries and they all are agree that its Myntras Back hand teams fault that without taking the customers concern they processed the return and refund through bank IMPS, but still my query is not yet resolved.

    Pls check all my mails for reference and do the needful.for my phone number pls check my emails.

    Note: I have the complete recording of all the conversation with each and everyone to whom I talked, I would suggest Myntra team to take some serious actions on Pooja (VT10049) as she abused me.

    And in case if Myntra team is not able to process my refund to my Myntra Credit then pls make me an arrangement to talk to the very superior level manager on my below mention timings.
