    sir, my refill bookings is cancelled by the date 22-04-2015(ref no 3150590701049819) and 27-04-2015 (ref no 5150590700054484)without any intimation and there is no proper delivery system please solve this problem and mainly why booking refills are cancelled.

    paid rs 837 with transaction ref no. IGABCNTXRO on 10/4/17 but booking cancelled. Hence contacted 02067314141 and complained to [email protected] but no proper response.Hence take action to refund my amount at an early date as already 10 days passed away. Our Nandyal agent shiivashakthi telling he has ot having online connection. Hence requested for necessary action

    Today I received my gas cylinder and paid billed amount but delivery boy is demanding for extra amount of 50₹, when I questioned him , he told that if you are not giving me 50₹ extra I won't delivery next time please take action accordingly

    I M. H K REDDY SERVING IN CENTRAL RESERVE POLIE FORCE, PRESENTLY POSTED AT OFFICE OF IGP CENTRAL SECTOR HAVE A HPCL LPG CONNECTION AT PADMAVATI GAS AGENCY KURNOOL, ANDHRA PRADESH IN THE NAME OF MY WIFE ( M. RADHIKA ) VIDE CUSTOMER ID 21190 59070 0000507 AND CONSUMER No. 650022. THE LPG SUBSCIDY IN R/O ABOVE CONNECTION NOT RECEIVING SO FAR. ON ASKING TO THE DISTRIBUTOR, I WAS DIRECTED TO PRODUCE THE COPY OF ADHAAR CARD AND BANK ACCOUNT FRONT PAGE FOR MAPPING WITH PLG ID. SAME WAS HANDED OVER TO DISTRIBUTER BEFORE TWO YEARS, THE LPG SUBSCIDY NOT DRAWN TO MY ACCOUNT. ON ASKING THE DISTRIBUTER PRETENDING EACH TIME.
    EVEN AFTER HANDING OVER THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS ONCE AGAIN DURING THE M/O MAY’2020 AND REQUESTING MANY TIMES, THE DISTIBUTOR IS STILL IN IGNORANCE MODE AND THE LPG SUBSCIDY IN R/O MY CONNECTION NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE. THE ATTITUDE OF DISTRIBUTOR REPRESENTS A CLEAR INDICATION OF CORRUPTION. HENCE REQUESTED TO DIRECT THE DISTRIBUTOR FOR EALRY DISPOSAL OF SUBSCIDY.
