i have BB 9900 bold. in this device when we open the device the red light show and after this device not open and on the screen of middle a small battey show and on the battey the red cross sign shows the display.what is problem in this device.

I have blackberry 10..
Nd I have some prblm in this handset so I want full adress of service centre in lucknow...

The battery seems to be very hot...seems damaged, needs change and software needs upgradation... plz assist me I am at Lucknow.
