my phone touch heating when used 10 to 20 min continues used and charger heat by charging time. and main problem speaker talking time speaker not clear voice so, please check my mobile and repair

I have moto g first gen phone. when i connect to pc or laptop the charging was on but not shown the usb in pc or laptop i changed the usb cable also.

Please tell me what is the problem and how much charge i will pay.
