my moto e phone speaker is not working we are just by one month before

My moto g, gets tremendous heat while charging, listening music, watching movies or using GPS

Whenever I make a call or receive call opposite person voice repeated him and sometimes my voice echo

moto g stuck at boot screen.

phone is repeatedly not responding to touch screen. Like not taking calls or not opening the screen, erratic issue. This is creating lot of issues. Expecting quick solution.

We had given our mobile hand set on 19.05.2015 having problem of mike not working ( moto ET 1022 ) delivered on 25 may 2015 ( with in 7 working days ) work order no ZRV/MG/15/00485.
In this regards three times we visited to your service centre at Borivali, Thakkar shopping Mall . But we are not getting proper response from Service Centre. & also phone which they are provide is switch off or when ringing than nobody is picking the phone. Here nobody respecting to customer complaint.

Kindly look into the matter urgently and give us handset in proper condition at the earliest.

I have submitted my phone on 7th Sept,2015 having problem of mic not working work order No.ZVR/MG/02066.They had told it will get repair within 8-10days.Instead of 15-18 days still they have not repair the phone.The contact no. provided is either switch off orelse no one is picking the phone.Why they are taking so much time to repair phone?The service provided is very slow and they dont even provide spare phone.

Taking more then 20-25 days to repair the single phone.Very slow service is provided then provided by other mobile co's

Its of no use of writing complains over here bcz at the end we dont get any rply.We have to visit everytime to gallery just to asked whether phone is repair or not.And the rply we get is no and have to waste time.Even we are not able to contact through phones bcz no 1 pick up the phone

While dialing and answering calls no voice is coming. Phone is working slow.
