inverter is dead .while switched on MCB IS TRIPPING .

I have microtek inverter of 1600 watt and two battery of 150 Ah. so why after full charge and trickle charge why my sub meter is running it should not run, and i have throughly check by closing all tv fan bulbs etc.But inverter is on,still slowly slowly sub meter is running why.
