Complaint Wrong deliver cylinder

    Refer to last discussion on 30th & 31st March’2020 to your customer teller executive with us regarding the non-deliver gas cylinder. I wish to inform you that I have booked the cylinder through electronic booking on 28th March’2020 from our mobile. Our Consumer No. 01759 with booking Ref. no. 2-000278396258, and finally now on today cylinder has been delivered to another customer and then after I have too many time contact on yours everybody customer care nos. but they have not pick up the phone and no any proper response to me.

    Sir, I am very sorry to say to highly disappointed and not satisfied from your irresponsibility services.

    Hence once again I therefore humble request to you please deliver our cylinder on today or tomorrow on immediately basis.

    Also note : That if in case you do not deliver the cylinder within 1 to 2 days and resolve these matter to receipt of this mail, I shall be liable to claim and legal action for yours wrongdoing, theft and misbehaviors on all our communications.
