    I HAD BOOKED GAS REFILL 20 DAYS BACK BUT STILL GAS REFILL WAS NOT DELIVERED AND ON ENQUIRY ON FONE ONE MS PRIYANKA PICKED UP AND ASKED FOR CONNECTION NO WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I DO NOT REMEMBER CONNECTION NO SHE RUDELY SAID THAT IN ABSENCE OF CONNECTION NO SHE CANNOT TELL WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED I REQUESTED HER TO SEARCH BY NAME BUT SHE REPLIED THAT WITHOUT CONNECTION NO IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ACCESS WHEN I ASKED FOR MR SANDEEP AND TOLD HER THAT I KNOW HIM AND WOULD COMPLIAN TO HIM THEN SHE ASKED FOR REGISTERED MOBILE NO AND THEN GAVE DETAILS .

    I SAY WHY SHOULD SHE NOT ASK REGISTERED MOBILE NO AT FIRST PLACE AND ASSIST CUSTOMERS SHE SHOULD BE MADE TO REALISE THAT SHE IS GETTING HER SALARY DUE TO CUSTOMERS SHE SHOULD BE TAUGHT LESSONS TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS AND BE POLITE SHE IS NOT DOING ANY FAVOUR TO CUSTOMERS IN FACT CUSTOMERS ARE DOING FAVOUR BY REMAINING YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN WILL THIS MINDSET CHANGE MR SANDEEP ARE YOU LISTENING THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME I AM COMPLAINING AGAINST YOUR STAFF PLS MAKE AMENDS OR WE ALL OFFICERS WOULD UNITEDLY COMPLAIN AND MIGRATE TO OTHER DEALER
