When person died, n we requesting for name changing on his wife name, demanding 1300rs for paper work, n need to perches 1 of the produce, in which gas trolly of 250rs

My name booked is kt pathan. I have came u ur branch of kandivali to change t number (needed for registering the cilenber). At that time we were told that it is changed but when I call then the opporater says that it is not registered.
It is "useless" to call on coustumer care no. B'cuz it is ""always busy"" . If u all can't help ur consumers so please don't keep ur coustumer care numbers.

Dear sir / madam,
This is regarding my subsidies are not transfer last 4 months in my account
And I already complaint and applying form before 2 months for this issue but the mahavir gas service at (kandivali) not resolve that issue and when I ask today 17/4/2017 so they says don't come here again & again come after 45 days
And they are not responsible for that the gas company are not answering our call so please I want my money back because it is not our mistakes and resolve my complaint as soon as possible

Their was an agency in lokandwala complex but every delivery men says that the dealer has change but we don't know the location off new dealer so please try to make up new phone number where we can book the gas the old number is ringing but no one answered
