My consumer number is 19941. I got a message that my cylinder is delivered against cash memo no.3000002833 on 14/04/2015. But yet I can't get my gas. I booked again on 1/5/2015 with ref.no.519048. How can I do for getting the gas cylinder?

My gas is leaking... If something happens to us... Thisis my official complaint as well for the ignorance of the customers call...
