My consumer number is 1427. When I tried to book the gas , the reply is " produce KYC form since I have one gas. But I had produced adhar to Shelly gas agency box, and they r satisfied wit this and booked a gas on that day itself, after that I am trying to re book. But I am getting a message that produce KYC& in your name one gas connection also. Please advice what we have to do for a regular booking.

Lockdown time they are not delivering cylinder to my home the supply person and the office staff said to collect the cylinder on the public place do I can't go out side without police permission and also I'm a heart patient
