we have booked refilled gas cylinder on 22/04/2018.

received message on 01-05-2018 to phone no. 9388636043 that cash memo generated & gas will be delivered soon. till date gas not delivered to home & agency says they are not responsible for delivery after generating cash memo. delivery boy was asking extra charges of Rs.30 above bill amount & the same was not given last time. now the agency is not monitoring delivery of cylinders to home & delivery boy is playing around. this is happening with this dealer since long.

I have made an online booking for LPG on 15th December 2019 and made the payment online under Ref. No.108725950788. Due to some software updation you have withheld the supply. But without delivering you mentioned the above order has completed which is an injustice. If the delivery is not made immediately I have no other alternative to approach higher authorities which will hamper our good relation which please note.
