i have not yet recieved the gas since 25days back i have booked

I had my connection with United gas agencies which gas shifted to your company but I have not recd my consumer no please help me

both the numbers provided are out of service. i have online booked a refill ref: no: 471239 // 22/07/15 on my previous consumer no: 23223, united gas service. will i have to to re book with new consumer no: ?

We live out of country, and we are unable to help our mother book gas online and she does not have a mobile phone (only landline).
Please help us to get her gas cyclinder.
What is the alternative to booking without a local mobile phone.

It's really shameful that they charge 30 and 35 rupees per delivery. During this situation also. The gas dealers have to rectify this. Already we are paying a high price for the gas, they why extra charges 35.This is too much. Unni is the delivery person who delivers and he demands 30 rupees per delivery

There is always delay in their supply. Both the numbers given online is out of order any time. Even if you go to their office you can find it closed at 4pm only.
