We are facing difficulties in getting booked cylinders. We are eligible for 2 cylinders, but within a span of 40days you are supplying only one cylinder. Please let us know how many cylinders(with gas) we are eligible within 40days time.

MY CONSUMER NO. 27401. I HAVE BOOKED MY GAS ON 22-7-15 AT THAT TIME I DID'T GET REF.NUMBER. BUT I HEARD SUCCESFULLY BOOKED ON PHONE VOICE.

I WAIT THESE LONG PERIOD FOR MY CYLINDER. THEN I CONTACT WITH CHALAKUDY OFFICE ABOUT BOOKING, THEY TOLD BOOKING IS NOT EXISTING.

I AM VERY SHOCKED BECAUSE THE CYLINDER WHICH I USED WILL COMPLETE WITHIN
ONE WEEK.


SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER IMMEDIATLY WITH CONSIDERING MY DIFFICULTY.
