I had purchased a KARBONN K888 ( Metal ) hand set on October-01, 2018, by online from AMAZONE INDIA, and using with so care. But now the handset meets complaint, that comes selfly switch offed. Then I search for authorised service centre in Aluva, Ernakulam, but I can't get any information on it. Hence now I compelled to file a petition before the CONSUMER PROTECTION COURT against the manufacture. So you may take necessary action to care my mobile handset, as early as you can before 30/09/2019 when the warranty period would be expired.
