I have booked my Gas Cylinder on dated ie.28/02/2015 and my token no. is 8464 but till date I have not received my cylinder, regarding the same many times i have complaint on your agency but nobody take my request seriously.
Finally I am really unhappy with your service,

since 15years i have been using your service but never come this kind of issues , now your staff and services provider think like boss and do not co-operate with customer.

Kindly take my complaint very seriously and sort out the issues in future.

Maine 24 Jan ko booking ki thi lekin abi tak cylinder nahi aaya.
Mai Thursday 2 Feb ko agency gya to counter se mujhe bola gya ki nxt day apka cylinder aa jaega but nahi aaya.
M fir Monday 6 Feb ko gya to counter se jawab mila ki nxt day lag jaega.
Aj fir mai Wednesday 8 Feb ko gya to fir muje bola gya ki kal aa jaega lekin Maine unse kha ki muje aj Hi chahiye qki mne booking 24 Jan ko ji thi to unhone bola ki sham tak apka cylinder aa jaega. Lekin asa ni hua aj b cylinder ni aaya..
Hope so ki is complaint ka muje jawab shi mile.

I SURRENDER THE CONNECTION ON 15-12-2017 AND COLLECT MY SECURITY MONEY IN CASH. BUT MY CONNECTION WAS CLOSED AND MY AADHAR CARD LINKED YET IN YOUR AGENCY. I have booked gas cylender on 23rd of sep. Via online. My ordr no. Is 59805. I have called hundreds of time but your phone number has remain busy or not in approach. I am tired calling this number. It has been so long to wait for gas booking. When can i get this kindly tell and send my refil as soon as earliest.
