We did booking of gas cylinder refill dtd 16th September '15 via ref no 79981 ...but till date haven't yet received the cylinder. On checking the online status is it mentioning delivery dtd as 19thsept. But physically haven't yet received the cylinder.
Kindly look into the matter n early revert highly appreciated.

Starting from the day-1 till 08/08/16, I could not succeed in getting the cylinder weighed at the time of delivery. On inquiry each and every deliveryman says that weigh machine is not supplied to them by the distributor. Please look into and ensure that it is weighed properly as per entitlement at the time of delivery without my intervention to do so.And deliveryman insists to give him extra money (tips) in the range of Rs.5/-, 10/-, 20/-for the delivery of each and every cylinder from each and every household. We force to make them happy fearing that otherwise they may deliver cylinders with less amount of gas as it is not weighed at the time of delivery.So far we are fulfilling their demands.

Sir, I transferred my LPG connection consumer No 41541 from your agency to Delhi and again transferred to Bathinda. But in Bathinda, I am not getting my subsidy. On inquiry from Bathinda agency it is found that my ADDHAR is till connected with your agency. In view of the same it is requested to Delete my ADDHAR No 342853885585 at the earliest. I will be grateful to you for this act of kindness.

Regulator switch is not working it's like jam facing problem during on & off.
