my consumer no is 14791.i am booking my gas on 2.2.15 with reference no 588171.cash memo is generated on 26.02.15 bt till date i have not received my gas.i am visited several time to sarmila distributor office on 28.02.15 they said ur gas will delivery today.am calling their office they says they misplace my cash memo.so what should i have to do?please look into this matter and solve this problem immediately.

My consumer no.17633 I was booked my gas on 15.07.15 but still my cylinder not deliver.The main issue is that online status reports that the distributor has delivered which was booked on 17.07.15 but my cylinder not delivered.Is that online status myth or distributor sold my cylinder to another person in black.
