    Good day,
    Myself varun Vikram Singh, merchant navy officer, would like to bring to your attention the scenario of black tinted glasses on cars especially in U.P.It has been long time that this rule is present,but still every day I see many cars with dark glass windows,you cannot see inside.
    Today I saw the news of updated penalty on various traffic rules.But still the dark windows part is missing.people are not at all scared,and people especially with political contacts and or background are having cars like these.
    ARE WE WAITING FOR ANOTHER RAPE ON WHEELS.
    I request you to please raise this issue so that government get serious about it.
