I Abdul Kalam Azad travelled on 14 March 2015 to Kuwait via Abudabi from Hyderabad by Flight no Ey275 and Ey 301 .

My Baggage tag no EY495515 Qty 01 had not yet received to Kuwait till date.

I had complained with NAS and my File No Kwiey20014.

Please trace out my luggage as I am regular customer and kindly mail me as and when it found.

Dear All Etihad Airways,Yours Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Baggage Customer is teaching me how to talk, i said i have miss my luggage they said 2 minutes wait,i have wait then 15 minutes i call again and ask, what happen what is the problem, why you are not tell me, otherwise i will mail on you for your bad feedback with me and she said me talk properly, i am not a Etihad Customer Care and i ask what is your name, she said me Anusha, please sir take care of that.

I have tried several times to contact the customer Call Centre: 1800-22-3901 & 1800-209-0808 (within India) but there isn't any response from the team.

My daughter Sailaja Maddali and her daughter have direct tickets from Hyd. to London by Etihad Airways. Request inform by return mail whether they can break their journey at Abu Dabhi /Dubai to stay and spend a day or two with her sister and b.in.law who stay i Dubai and proceed to London thereafter by the same airlines. Please let me know how much weight I can take from Hyderabad to Heathrow how many baggage small or big please it is confused getting different opinion from call centre
