Reg; New Gas Connection

Dear Team,

This is to bring into your kind notice that there is a gas connection under my mother name Shail Devi from LALIT BHARATGAS, Jalalpur Chapra Bihar. She wanted to to change the registered mobile number as the current number is not working.

She got a feedback that first she needs to log a FIR only then they will change the Mobile numbere.

I didn't understand the logic that if the current number is not working then why we need to log a FIR to change the other number. As I know if the mobile is stolen or lost only then we need to log a FIR for issuing the same number

Kindly Suggest and help for further action.

Hamara gas ka subsidi nearly 1 year se nahi aa raha hi ..kitna bar lalit gas agensy me complain kar chuka hu...aap please bataye
