Passport undelivered/not recieved in 2010, but it still live in the system.I was told by bhopal office it will automatically get cancelled and destroyed in 2-3 years and then i can apply for a fresh passport. I applied from delhi in Feb 2015 and they have put my application on hold saying the old one is still active.
would request you to please CANCEL the passport and send me a conformation email so that i can furnish the same to delhi office for further processing.
