I have booked the LPG gas cylinder online 3 weeks ago but till date I have nor received any message nor received the cylinder against consumer no -6535756.It is also very troublesome that no body is picking up phones.Please do something in this regards

My consumer no is 70454. I have booked for delivery of culinder on December 2014. But still not received the cylinder.

I have booked for refil cylinder on 4/7/15 refil booking ref no 336161 and I got 1st sms in my mobile that cash memo no 30000052249 has prepared and delivered very soon on 28/7/15 but no delivery boy comes in my house and On 3/8/15 I got 2nd sms that your refil booking stands cancelled with out assigning any reason, How it is posible, this is 2nd time my refil cylinder has automatically cancelled ,I know very well that the delivery boy hide the reason and black marketing the refil cylinder in higher price. So I bound to acknowledge the nature of delivery system. This is the way of their black marketing the cylinder in open market with out consumer card. So you are requested to please verify why I will not received my refil cylinder twice in a year. My consumer No: 19020.
